Dear Rich and Katie,
Please accept my sincere condolences. John was such a fine young man and his death is a huge loss to your family, Jackie and the world. I know how much you loved John and also that you did everything in your powers to help him. He will be missed forever, but I sincerely hope you will both ultimately find peace.
