Obituary of Florence C. Albertson

Florence C. Albertson, age 93 of Brittany Pointe Estates, Lansdale formerly of Lafayette Hill died Thursday (1/19) at Brittany Pointe. She was a Retired Secretary for the Vice President Of the New York Ship Building Corp. Mrs. Albertson was born in Phila., PA, the daughter of the late John and the late Anna Burychka Ivans.wife of the late J.Emery Albertson Mrs. Albertson was a former member of the Saint Paul,s Episcopal Church in Oreland along with the Colonial Neighborhood Council, The Whitemarsh Sentenial Assn., The Plymouth Whitemarsh H.S. Home and School Assn. and the PTA. She also was a member of the American Feild Service and the Foreign Student Exchange Program. For many years she was a volunteer for the William Jeanes Memorial Library in Lafayettte Hill. While living at Brittany Pointe Estates in Lansdale she was the founder of the Video Library. She enjoyed spending time with her late husband and family at the Jersey Shore along with Florida and loved the beach. She is survived by one daughter: Kristin D. Sneddon (Rob) of Ambler, PA. two sons: Robert E. Albertson (Jacques) of Paris France, Richard C.
