Obituary of Barbara E. Pio

Barbara E. Pio, 69, formally of Bethel Park, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday November 25, after a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia at Cathedral Village Nursing Home.  She was a member of the Pio Wine family. Barbara is survived by numerous cousins and Aunt Rita Pio of Tamarac Florida.

She was a member of the United Federation of Dolls Club (Town and Country), Charter member of WWII Museum, Edinboro University Alumni, Sons of Italy, Madame Alexander Doll Club, Girl Scouts of Western Pa., served many years on the board of Directors of the Wm Jeanes  Memorial Library Lafayette Hill, and a long time member of the Pa Association of School Retirees.

Barbara's Memorial Service will be held on Monday, Dec 10 at 12:00 PM at Lownes Family Funeral Home 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill

Visitation will be held on Monday, Dec 10 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lownes Family Funeral Home 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill
