Joseph’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5:28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I'm so very sorry for your loss. But may the words of Jesus Christ be able to help ease the pain of losing him in death. How? By having a little Faith and trust in the promises of the Bible and esp in the promises of Jesus Christ where in John 5:28,29 he gives us a promise that he will personally resurrect ones like Mr. Delsalvo back to life again and then he will be able to live forever as the Bible promises us in Psalm 37:29 which says: The righteous will posess the earth and they will live forever on it. So may these words bring an everlasting feeling of comfort to your hearts and allow your minds eye to see your selves welcoming him back into your arms again to hold and to cherish forever and visit JW.org to find what other promises does Jehovah God make thru Jesus Christ and His Heavenly Kingdom rule that will erase all suffering and even end death, by taking it away from the human Family, as Jehovah had it inspired to be written down for our benefit in 1 Corinthains 15:26 which says: And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.

Mary Jane - I believe I met you at 1 or more Prep events. Joe was such a wonderful guy. I was new to the Prep Alumni Board of Governors and he had more experience with the group than i did and Joe took me under his wing and showed me the ropes. I think he even gave me rides to & from meetings on occasion as I was living with my parents in Chestnut Hill when I first got involved. It was just so nice of him to befriend me and show me the generosity and brotherhood that he did and I never forgot it, even though these events took place probably back in the early 1980's. At some point, I didn't see Joe at our meetings and I am the poorer for it. I will pray for him and for you and your family.
