Obituary of Robert G. Gordon

Robert G. Gordon, age 81 of Lafayette Hill PA, died Thursday (5/27) at his residence in Lafayette Hill, PA. He was a retired Manufacturers Represenative For Trio Packaging Mr. Gordon was born in Phila., PA, the son of the late Harry and the late Mary Leslie Gordon.He was the husband of the late Grace (Sweeney) Gordon who passed away in 2004. Mr. Gordon was a graduate of Northeast High School and Villanova University class of 1957 and served his country during the Korean War in the Army. Mr. Gordon was a former Whitemarsh Twp. supervisor for over 10 years. He was also a long time faithful member of St. Philip Neri Church in Lafayette Hill. He is survived by four daughters: Nora McCullough(Bill) of Plymouth Meeting, PA., Leslie Bucker( Ken) of Warrington, PA, Kate Williams (Dan) of Pottstown, PA, Gerri McQuaid (Sean) of W.Norriton, PA one sister: Mary Cannon of Ridgewood, NJ 13 Grandchildren.,predeceased by a daughter Mary Christine Gordon and a brother Harry. Friends may call Tuesday June 1, from 6-8pm at Lownes Funeral Home, 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA. and Wednesday, June 2, from 9:30-10:30am at Saint Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA..
