Obituary of Chase Patrick Leposki

Leposki, Chase Patrick, age 16, of Philadelphia PA passed away on September 17, 2021, surrounded by his close family and friends. Beloved son of Stephen Leposki and Alisa Day, loving brother to Shjon and Phoebe; and beloved grandson to Elaine Day and Brian and Kathy Leposki. 

Chase was beloved by many. He was born with Congenital Hydrocephalus, visual impairment, and Autism. From an early age Chase enjoyed music, colorful things, bubbles and clapping. While Chase has been faced with many health issues, he was still the happiest kid who never stopped fighting and putting smiles on people’s faces. Even after death, Chase was able to save the lives of other people through organ donation. Chase’s strength and resilience was inspiring, and he has left a life-long impact on all the people who had the honor of knowing him. 

Family and friends are invited to gather for Chase’s visitation on Wednesday, September 29th, 2021, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, St. Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill PA 19444, followed immediately by the Memorial Mass. In honor of Chase, wearing of bright colored clothing is encouraged. An Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a GoFundMe set up in Chase’s name that will go toward funeral expenses. Any excess money will set up a memorial in Chase’s name to help families like his.
