Obituary of Phyllis R Kirst

Phyllis R Kirst, 86 years, of Flourtown, passed away on Monday April 11, 2022 at Edgehill Nursing Center.

She was born on Tuesday March 3, 1936 in West Reading, the daughter of the late John and the late Grace (née Reppert) Rhoda.

Phyllis was a 43 year family member of Whitemarsh Valley Country Club who served as Chairwoman of the Social Committee and Ladies Bridge. She was the Head of the Jaycettes of the Jr. Chamber of Commerce in Whitemarsh Township and a volunteer for numerous charity organizations. Phyllis, during the 1980's and 90's, operated her own Interior Decorating business during which she assisted a custom home builder and individual homeowners

Survived by her beloved husband, John W. Kirst; her sons, Bruce Kirst & John Rhoda Kirst; grandchildren, Jonathan & Jennifer and great grandson, Owen.                            


Her interment will be held privately.
