Fond memories at Whitney Lake. As Whitney neighbors, we spent time together trying to stay out of trouble. I remember when Sue acquired her drivers license (which was before the rest of us who hung around together), she was allowed to use the car if it was for the purpose of going to church. So, excited for some "freedom" with the car, we would get dressed and go to church! I aways admired Marge and am sad for the family's loss. A tree will be planted to honor life. -- Marta Griffith (Lindeman)

Words cannot express the sorrow we have for the passing of your Mom. Margery was in my families’ life from as early as 1961 when we moved to Lafayette Hill from California. Our first cabin on Lake Whitney to the building of 2 new cabins on the point at Lake Whitney, one for the Hall’s family and one for the Keator’s. Our summers on the lake were very memorable! Waiting ( im)patiently for Mom and ‘Marge to say we could go down to the swimming area with them. And playing card games like war inside when it was raining. Sailing on the lake in the her new Sailfish! And of course decades later visiting in Ocean City with Marge at our annual Keator reunions! The memories spanned most of our lifetime, and through that Marge touched not only our generation but our children’s also. She will be missed! We were truly blessed to have had Margery in our lives!
