Survived by his high school sweetheart and beloved wife of 69 years, Dorothy C. (Manton) Whitlock.
Born in Philadelphia on April 8, 1933, to Stanley E. and Dorothy M. (Lohr) Whitlock.
Father to William H. (Karen-Susanne) Whitlock, Barbara (Bob) DiCicco, Janet (late Michael) Cabibbo and Nancy (Frank) Tarasiewicz.
Grandfather to Kimberly (Mike) Damiano, Aprille (Tim) O’Kane, Bobby (Michele) DiCicco, Dustin Bennett, Melissa (Jimmy) DiNardo, Alyssa (Bob) George, Nick (Ashley) Tarasiewicz, Krysta Sue (Greg) Becker, Katelyn (Andreas) Sawicky, Alexandra (Ben) Thompson, Nathanael Whitlock, and Brandon (Saoirse) Cabibbo.
Great Grandfather to Kevin, Allison, Cole, Lucas, Kieran, Graham, Madison, Conor, Micah, Jameson, Hudson, Leighton, Eva, Lynx, Lincoln, Brielle, Raven, Chase, Emmett, Annabelle, Kara, Willow, Oleksiy, Carter & Jett.
Bill graduated from Germantown High School, became a Journeyman Machinist, and founder of Regent Hydraulic & Machine Works, Inc. He was an elder at Roxborough Presbyterian Church for more the 30 years. He was also a member of The Palestine Masonic Lodge No. 135 and Roxborough Ridge Runners.
He loved his collection of cars, playing drums, spending time with friends, his pets Eddie & Harry and eating chocolate. Most of all he loved his growing family.
An evening visitation will be held on Friday January 5, from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Lownes Family Funeral Home 659 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA.
A morning visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00AM at Roxborough Presbyterian Church 8230 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. Followed by a funeral service and then interment in the church cemetery.
