I read about the tragic accident that your son was involved in. I am truly sorry for your loss. I too am diabetic and understand the struggles your son has gone through. The thing that keeps me positive is the promise found at Revelation 21:4. There we learn that soon all sickness, and death will be wiped away forever. Along with that promise is the hope that we will see those we have lost in death, once again, here on earth. We look to John 5:28, 29 to confirm this. Even though the pain may at times seem insurmountable, rest assured that God will give you the strength necessary to endure the coming months. (Psalms 94:17-19)

To the Brickley family
My deepest condolences to your family. Tim was my coworker at WaWa and I enjoyed every moment I spent with him. He was always a bright light for each and everyone of us. He knew how to turn bad days into good days. He will truly be missed at store 278. He was our sunshine. I am very sorry for your loss but I am sure that you all hold many happy memories with Tim. We will keep you in our prayers during this very difficult time. Rest in peace Tim we will miss and love you.

Liam,
I wanted to extend my sympathy on the tragic and sudden loss of your son Tim.
Although we have never met, when I learned of your loss I felt compelled to offer my condolence. Two years ago we lost our youngest son Paul under very similar circumstances. Like your son, our son had struggled with both learning disabilities and a mood disorder and like your son, Paul was quick witted and loved by all who knew him. He was 26 when he was killed in a single car accident. The initial shock was followed by bone crushing grief. Our loss was overwhelming and my dark thoughts were numerous. After his memorial service I confided to a friend that the "not knowing" the exact circumstances under which the accident occurred was the worst feeling Ii'd ever experienced. My friend replied "you 'll never know exactly how or why he died, but you do know how he lived, and how you live is more important than how you die." (That friend was your sister.)
I wished that life had been kinder to Paul. So I have tried to be kinder in the world. I think that my son would be proud of me for trying to be a more compassionate man.
In a state where fatal MVA's are far too common, there are constant reminders of his passing however the sharp pain has eased with time.There isn't a day that goes by that we don't think of him. Six months ago our son and his wife had our first grandchild. They named him Paul and he is the light of our lives.

Liam and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Although Tim is gone, he will live forever in your hearts. He obviously touched many lives. I am deeply saddened by this loss. My prayers go out to Mr. and Mrs. Brickley, Jenny, Liam and Colleen. I was fortunate enough to grow up right down the steet and I'll forever remember our many sleepovers, snow days, And long summers at Whipain Greens.
