Betty Jean (Wells) Reuss, age 79, of W. Norriton formerly of Lafayette Hill died Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at her home . Betty was born February 25, 1937 in Phila., PA. She is the daughter of the late Robert G and the late Emma (Wertsner) Wells. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph F. Reuss.

Betty was a graduate of Germantown High School and Chestnut Hill Hospital School of Nursing. She was a dedicated nurse for 40 years at Chestnut Hill Hospital.
Betty was active socially with luncheons , Theatre Group ,cards and Rummikub. She also was an avid bowler and bocce player. She enjoyed her childhood summers at Ocean Grove, NJ and later years with her family at Long Beach Island.
She is survived by two daughters: Linda Gallagher (Bob) of Lafayette Hill, Pa, Carol Morris (David)of Flourtown Pa. and one son: Robert Reuss (Lisa ) of Harleysville,Pa.Also survived by 7 Grandchildren-Colleen ,Katie, Ryan ,Kelsey, Briana, Sara and William. She was Auntie Beege of many nieces and nephews.
Betty was predeceased by her sisters-Marlene Younkins ,Nancy Carol Michelini and Suzanne Lotz.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, February 11 at Saint Peter's Lutheran Church, 3025 Church Rd., Lafayette Hill, PA. 19444
Calling hours will be Saturday, February 11 from 10-11am at Saint Peter's Lutheran Church.
