Anna Yolanda Black, age 100, of Ambler died Monday, April 24, 2017 at Thomas Jefferson Univ. Hospital of Philadelphia. Anna was born December 30, 1916 in Phila., PA.
She is the daughter of the late Antonio and the late Christine D'Alfonso. She was the wife of the late James Joseph Black Jr.
She is survived by two daughters: Christine Antonia Black , Jamie Ann Black (Richard J. Maccarone), and one son: James Joseph Black III (Claudia) and 4 Granddaughters-Christine ,Jane , Annina and Grace,.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:45 am on Monday, May 1 at Saint Anthony Of Padua Church, 259 Forest Ave., Ambler, PA. 19002 Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Sunday, April 30 from 6:30-8:30pm and Monday, May 1 from 9:15-10:45am at Saint Anthony Of Padua Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The D'Alfonso Family Scholarship-c/o LaSalle College High School, 8605 Cheltenham Ave.Wyndmoor,Pa.19038.
