Obituary of Jeffrey Collin Schaefer

Jeffrey Collin Schaefer, 33 years, of Trevose, passed away on Saturday August 7, 2021 at his residence.

He was born on Thursday August 13, 1987 in Philadelphia, the son of Jeffrey and Kimberly (née Scott) Quinn.

Jeffrey is survived by his Mother, Kimberly Quinn (Scott), Father, Jeffrey Schaefer (Amanda); Siblings, Kaelin Quinn, Conner Quinn, Lauren Bittner, Jackson Shaefer; Girlfriend, Effie Golden; Grandmother, Diane Collins, Godmother Mrs. Kelly Guller and his Aunts and Uncles.

Jeffrey was a loving son/grandson/brother/uncle/friend who cared so much about cooking amazing meals for anyone in his presence. He graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh HIgh School and the Culinary Institute of America.  He was a chef for Juniper Village at Bucks County preparing food for quite the variety of diets.  He enjoyed hiking in the Wissahickon Valley with his beloved dog, Dexter and was a former Trail Ambassador for the Friends of the Wissahickon.  He loved nature, animals and making you laugh.  He was so intelligent but Mensa and Jeopardy missed out.  You could bring up any topic and Jeffrey would astound you with facts, history and stories.  Please come and celebrate his life with us.                         

Jeffrey's Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, Aug 14 at 11:00 AM at Saint Philip Neri Church 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill

The Visitation will be held on Saturday, Aug 14 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at the church before the Funeral Mass

Jeffrey's Interment will follow Mass at Westminster Cemetery 701 Belmont Ave., Bala Cynwyd
